Valuations are grounded in historical wholesale sales from Manheim and ADESA, two of the largest U.S. vehicle auctions, so every opinion reflects what cars actually sold for, not asking prices.

04Fees

Straightforward rates for attorneys, nonprofits, and private clients.

  • Written appraisal / diminished-value report

    Records review, CARFAX, Manheim market data, comparables, and a written opinion.

    $1,250flat

  • Retainer

    Due on engagement and applied to the report fee.

    $1,250

  • Additional work and conferences

    Supplemental analysis, attorney conferences, and calls.

    $300per hour

  • Deposition and trial testimony

    3-hour minimum, paid in advance. Half day $1,200, full day $2,400.

    $350per hour

  • Travel

    Plus IRS mileage rate and expenses.

    $150per hour

  • Cancellation

    Within 72 hours of a scheduled deposition or trial.

    3 hoursbilled

Fees are not contingent on case outcome. When opposing counsel deposes me, that party pays my testimony rate.
